Where can I view what agents got on end of chat surveys? Since if I cannot see what agents get what is the point of having a survey that goes nowhere?

Hi,
thank you for posting a question in the Live Helper Chat Forum.
You need to go on Survey site_admin/survey/collected/ so you will find statistics.

Even logged in as an admin it is a blank page. http://internal-livechat.cushyclient.co … collected/ it is a test install so I do not care to post link public. I know there has been at least one survey collected because of where I tested it.

I don't think post here the link can be a security issue so usually when I need to help I ask for the chat or website link to make some check.

Sorry the link I have provided give a blank page also to me, the correct address is: http://internal-livechat.cushyclient.co … ist/Survey can you see your survey list?
For reach that page you need go in your settings than Survey.

Here you have the list of Survey, click on it for see votes.
