Operator on and off in Dashboard

Can anyone help me how to fix this problem??
In dashboard operator displayed as on and after 2 seconds will be off, every 2 seconds is changing...

The issue you describe here is very strange also because the icon who show the operator online or offline is not updated alone if you do not refresh manually the page.
If, when you refresh the page, are offline and before you was online I think this can be an issue with your Internet connection or hosting Internet connection.

Sound a strange issue to me.
Can you make a video of IT?

thank you for your useful gif. As from what I can see the issue seems not to be with the online icon on the top but in the section where you see online operators.

For understand better if this is a BUG or for understand better the issue can I ask to test after how many time you see yourself go offline from that section?
Also can you test also when you see yourself offline in that tab could you test if by load your website your live chat result online with 0 online operator showed or is offline?

I mean, once you are not more showed in that tab as online and you are the only available online operator check if for visitor chat are online or offline.
Could you also try to describe here step to reproduce this issue? How? Be clear: explain how to reproduce the problem, step by step, so others can reproduce the bug

My widget shows offline... and when on dashboard I am online will be also online but for one second only

Hi, your case seems strange to me. After chatting with you and look at your situation I suggest to try to install a test LHC from new (beginning) and see if default LHC works. If works you should remove the old installation and use the new.
Seems something can be wrong due to domain or server changes.

I AM unable to find very wrong settings in your LHC and issue is strange.
Or you can choose to continue to use the other chat you are using big_smile

It's ok now , I reinstall it again and it's working, I think the issue was when I installed the plugin of OSticket...
So if you can help me to install this plugin...

Do you need open a ticket for every started chat or only for offline message?

If you need open a ticket only on offline message you don't need a plug in. Just use the filter in OsTicket where you told to the OsTicket to use reply email address as email address for open the ticket.

If you need open for each chat started a ticket than you need the plug in. How to install you can follow the tutorial here:

I suggest to make a backup of your LHC before install the plug in.

I AM sorry but as I do not use this plug in I cannot assist you more on that.
For free I cannot install test LHC and try to install other plug in who I do not know for test. I know someone are using this plug in and hope is still compatible with the last version of LHC.

My suggestion is: DO a backup of your current working LHC (folder and database) than try again to download again this plug in.
If you want you can write here step by step what you do so I can look if there are any error.

Like:
Downloaded the zip, extracted, put inside.... etc.

I hope you will able to install the plug in. Also I don't know how this plug in works and how is showed in LHC as I AM not using this,

Sorry Marco, I didn't know that you are visiting my site and u use LHC, because the problem no sound working and I cannot know if anyone get into chat. I must always check the dashboard, this issue of sound is very bothered.

If you are using Chrome please use Firefox for LHC. Chrome has a BUG who not made sound when windows is minimized or not in first view.

But firefox doesn't have extension for LHC like chrome

No but if you activate notification and put the Firefox open with PC start and focus on the LHC operator console you will have alert sound and notification and you not loose chat.
However you can choose what you prefer smile has no sense use Chrome with extension and loose chat because no sound.
