hi everyone, my client needs the chat does not have the pop-up window, and automatically accepted.
if more operators and jump to the next if an operator is busy.
Is this possible?

thank you for your post in the Live Helper Chat Forum.
Maybe your client have activated in the settings, live helper configuration, System configuration Synchronization and sound settings the option "Show alert message on a new chat request" so if you don't want see message box please uncheck this and save.
For accept automatically I don't know you have to try to edit department settings, try with auto assign option.
You have to test by yourself, this is a free open source chat, support are limited.
User should learn the usage by himself if you continue to have issue after looking into the settings you are welcome to post here.
