problem in installing the script

i tried to install the script
and i got error
kindly note that the permission for CACHE is 777 and it's subfolders
& i'm in godaddy shared host
as well the
database name "LIVECHAT"

PASS: "LIVECHAT"

Make sure that "cache/*" is writable and then try again

Hi,
by testing I can see the same error you reported: in the first page LHC tell you all is fine also Cache is writeable but after you put database name, database username and database password a page with the text you reported here is showed.

Maybe here need a reply from *** the chat owner as if the cache folder is not writeable LHC should show before show the database setup page and in your case all is green and passed but error is showed if you put all database info.

I AM sorry to cannot help you with that, hope *** can help you.
Maybe you can check the cache folder and try to change permission to 777 also to all cache subfolder and see if the issue is resolved. I don't know if this is OK for the security reason and if solve, this is why the solution will be a reply from *** about this issue. Is not the first time I hear about that issue.

Maybe can be also an issue relative your shared hosting on that provider.
Consider some shared hosting deny the use of hosted live chat because required a VPS or dedicated server for resource usage.
A good alternative is an outside hosted version:
