Donwload statistics not found

Hello, I need donwload statistics but the button not found, this redirect to "ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE"  ../livehelperchat-master/lhc_web/index.php/site_admin/statistic/departmentstatusxls. Im using the ultimate version 2.44

what you mean? You want say when you press the export button you see a not found page?

Sorry but on this issue I think I cannot do much. You need to check error log file if there are some error. Maybe some screenshot here can help us more to understand your issue.
As I can remember there are older topic here in the forum with the same topic so maybe a search on the forum can help you to find solutions.
