Hi all, my question is
How can I hide I the form of chat departments?
I clarify say that in the configuration must be visible.
It is to have active button departments but not shown in the form of chat

when you edit a department you can choose to hide the department.
Maybe IF all department are hidden visitor will not see the field "Dipartimento" or you can hide with custom CSS in widget theme.

If the department put it hidden, that department can be notified that there is a client waiting for response in the chat?
That's exactly what I need.
maybe if I explain better. Departments should be active, but any customer should know about the departments, for that reason I need to disable the view the department that comes as an option to choose in chat.

thank you for the screenshot.
Yes you can check the relative option and maybe you can uncheck "visible only if online" as you won't show to the user.
You can test the live chat on your server so you will have immediatly reply to what you asked. Sure this should work as... department are visible for assigned operators but hidden to visitor and visitor can start a chat.
You can use that settings and test by yourself on your website!
