Chat is not resuming across domains for SOME visitors
Hi,
I have my livechat installed on the following domains:
tcadmin.dbmhosting.com
dbmhosting.com
For me the transition works fine (chrome) but other visitors just create a new chat instead of resuming it.
One known visitor's browser affected by this problem: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:45.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/45.0

Hi,
I have started a chat with you.
Now the chat give 404 error not found in the widget.
Maybe because you have saved some settings wrong, now all is back to work normally but an active chat with you was lost because in the time we are chatting you save maybe a wrong settings.
For your visitor case
For me the transition works fine (chrome) but other visitors just create a new chat instead of resuming it.
you need to know what the user do for start a new chat and loose the previous one.
When you have understood that you can update the topic with how to reproduce the issue ... if that can be considered an issue.
I never try to keep open a chat session from domain to a subdomain.
For sure I think you cannot have a chat opened from domain1.ext to a different domain domain2.ext ... you will have to start a new chat in the different domain.
You have said LHC in from your domain to subdomain keeps active for you... but some users are loosing the active chat and start a new one... so maybe you have to understand how this can happen by asking to the users.

I have tried with Firefox 45 and you and chat was opened not missed.
So from your domain to subdomain chat are the same not started a new chat.
The chat was the same.
