Chat tool refreshes on navigating to new pages
Using v2.44
chat tool is refreshing when visitor navigates to other pages.
please advise

2nd question chat tool is also over lapping while visitor types the messages for the agents name.

sorry but I don't know what is chat tool.
Maybe you are talking about operator interface?!
