How to make the live chat plugin working on the GLPI

Hi All:
I installed the live chat plugin on GLPI. So I need to how is it work on GLPI ?

It gave me a message that (Make sure that "cache/*" is writable). So What should I do ?

I'll be appreciated if you could help me.

thank you for your post in the Live Helper Chat Forum!

I don't know and use the plug in for GLPI but the message you see is because cache folder should be with more permission.
Maybe you have to set cache folder to 777 CMOD

I don't know if you have to set cache folder with permission 777 or less but as you can see here https://livehelperchat.com/ultimate-tut … -217a.html cache folder must be writeable.

Please check the page where you find the plug in and see if there are instruction or recommendation.

I installed the plugin on GLPI System and it's working. I added my user and another user to test the chat capability but after I added the another user it isn't appear in the users list. So can you help how can I make him appear in the users list so that I can start chat with him.
