504 or 500 errors
We get errors when going to the admin panel. Furthermore, the chat does not work.

Now it works again, leading to the question: Were can I - as a paying customer - get info about Maintenance, availability, etc? Were can I myself get Live Helper Chat?
How should I contact you guys? On the front page there are contact details of Remigijus Kiminas, but it says only for commercial inquiries...
