LiveHelperChat window can only show on homepage.

Hello Marco,

The chat window only shows on my homepage, if I go to any other pages in my site, the chat window does not show at all. Is there anything wrong with the url variable ?

thank you for your post.

Maybe you put the Embed code in the wrong place where can't be loaded well in the other pages.
Can you provide site URL where widget is placed?

Hi Marco,

Yes, I put the code into my index.php page (the root that will direct to all pages of my site), which is in my site's root directory. I think this is what most people do.

Hi tea,
when you change the page you are no more on the index.php so Embed code is not read.
If you use a CMS like Wordpress for your website there are a static place where you can put code as will be read in all page you load.

Seems you need know more about web and website for do what you want to do... or maybe if you have a website with many different php page you need to put code in each page or create a frame I don't now, is complex in this case.
More easy if you have a CMS but I really no idea how your website is without a link. smile

Did you put the embeded code into each php page, or did you use a CMS to finish this in one time?

Just my curiosity, because I can see the chat window pops up on every sub-page in your website.

Hi tea,
the official live helper chat website is not mine and managed by me. My website is linked in my signature and is peopleinside but works as the official website: in each page the chat is showed.
I AM Using CMS and I know where to put the code in one place for have working in all pages.
This must be your knowledge. I cannot help more with that. If you want give here or privately the URL of your website I can take a look.

I am not a Staff member of Live Helper Chat, just an user.

Same problem goes to my website..
I'd install Wordpress Plugin use Live help embed code but only shown at homepage
what I suppose to do?
Using Wordpress Plugin (WP Live Chat Helper) or to do it manual?
if manual which one of those 2 options should I choose?
Widget Embed Code or Page Embed Code?

Where you put the Embed Code?
You have to put in the correct place, if the place is wrong will be showed only on Home page or some pages.

Please put the code into the footer or try a location where can be loaded in all page.
