Is LHC Widget embed code compatible with Microsoft IE (6 /7 /8 /9)?

While I using Widget embed code of Live help embed code in my website, I can not see the chat widget pop up if I use Internet Explorer 8.0.

And I guess, it will happens while using IE 6 or 7, maybe IE 9 or 10.

Now, there is also more than 20% visitors using early versions of Microsoft IE. How can LHC JS code be compatible with these versions?

from Internet Explorer 11 no Issue.
Sorry I AM using only updated system so I Cannot test.

Also inform you seems the support (official support) here is suspended at the moment. There are no reply from the chat owner so your issue will be not resolved at the moment.
