Assign Chat to operator automatically.

Hello community, I am intending to assign chats to operators automatically by analyzing how many chats an operator has open and which operator are online,then, based upon availability , I want to develop an engine for assigning chats to operators automatically. So far, only method I know to assign chats is by writing on the lh_chat table the operator´s user_id. However this is not good enough. Even though the chat gets assigned , many features get lost like the sound and the blilnking screen.
Which template should I overriide ? Or any other method for asssigning chats_ anybody?

Hi,

Sorry for delay response, just overloaded at the moment.
In short i have no idea what's the best way to do it. Assigning user_id is logical.
Then I have a little bit more time, i will give some ideas, at the moment you can just fill github faeture request. Actually i think your idea is related to https://github.com/LiveHelperChat/livehelperchat/issues/367 if it's different just fill new one.

Thanks Remi , Whenever you come with useful ideas I would appreciate if you share.. On the meantime I will do my best to come up with an answer.
