HTML link for live chat in emails

HTML link for live chat in emails, for example: when we send email we want HTML link because java script doesn't work out there.
I am using it in newsletters

And how can open chat window on same tab?I am using return lh_inst.lh_openchatWindow() but it is opening in new tab of browser,I wan to open on same tab?
