This is the second day that I have faced LiveHelperChat Hosting Services on DIGITAL OCEAN

I have a domain with name goto.livehelperchat.com as a paid tool with you.

But this has become intermittent hosting and I had to realize after wating for 3 hours where there are no users on my chat page.

It's because the website keeps searching for SOCKET messages appears on the status bar and the CHAT Tool never comes back.

I have cancelled and changed by Chat hosting to my own VPS due to these critical downtime issues.

But this has been posted to let you know about the service.

thank you for your post.

The forum I think is usually for discussion about live helper chat software ... I think if you are paying for livehelperchat.com hosted service here you should maybe write your comment at the support contact.

I am sorry to read you have issue with the hosted version of livehelperchat.

I am having the same problems but when I contacted there support, they said the problem will be resolved in 3 to 4 working days.
Should I wait for there response or do what you do. please reply.

for help you better please help me to reply to those questions:

1. Are you using Hosted Version of Live Helper Chat (https://livehelperchat.com/order/now) ?
2. When you have contacted the support?

Have you contacted support at gmail email and or Skype? I think support for hosted version is given by Remigijus Kiminas.

I have no power to get you in touch with the support (as I AM only and user of LHC) but the right way is contact support, that's I think is all you can do... so I think a reply to customer should be sent in max 4 working days... if there are any reply check the SPAM folder, check to have sent email or request to the correct address.

If you continue to facing issue so no reply from support you can share this experience here and let us know you have not already received a reply from the support.

I will definitely try your live chat but my question is. Is ypur website is secured and what features you provide us on your live chat?.

Live Helper Chat is an open source project, you can decide to download and host by yourself in your VPS or dedicated server or you can by the hosted version.
For the feature you can try the demo also try the chat in your website and know better also you can look at the documentation or news in the official website livehelperchat.com

You can test if a website is well secured by SSL by putting their URL at this scanner:
