ihave problem in the installation

Thank you for post your question / issue in the forum.

You not have write a full report, just only the error you see. Consider for be helped you need not just only do copy and paste but share as many secure and not private information you can.

Are you in a shared or VPS, Dedicated hosting?
Is a new install?

What is the URL of your live helper chat where you have issue and when and where you see this error?
Also show in the public the name of your database is not good, keep this information private for safety.
