We can help with support for RTL languages within client widget
How can we submit css code to client widget that will make RTL text available both for default text and chat participants inputted text?

You can create widget theme and put your CSS for edit the widget theme.
If your question have a different meaning, sorry I AM unable to help you with that.
I think what you want to maybe can be complex if you don't know what code put and is not a function supported by LHC ... you have to do by youself with CSS code, if you don't know how to do... maybe you can consider commercial support.
