problem or misunderstanding with one of lhxml method

Hi

I try to write mobile client for operator  and i found some tips  on  https://livehelperchat.com/i-m-planning … -262a.html

i don't  know  why if i execute http://demo.livehelperchat.com/xml/setonlinestatus/1  i set my operator status to online  ( i think so because http://demo.livehelperchat.com/xml/getuseronlinestatus  returns online:true)
unfortunately user which use chat on my page still seen that no operators is online so he only leave message , when operator log to LHC web admin panel and turn on lighting icon everything is ok because after refresh user see that operator is online.

I think that i miss something

i only found  when i send command !active using addmsgadmin  then operator name shown in user chat window but it is still not the same behavior  like in www admin panel

any suggestions? thanks in advance.
