Chat confirmation messages and languages

Hi,
I have this issue:

My chat use two different language, this mean visitor can choose from widget if use Italian or English.
Now, I have customized some text and for the Italian language file I have to do a big work on every LHC update.

For example, when visitor send an offline message the confirmation message of sent email was customized by me in the Italian language file.
I need to say to the user to check also SPAM folder because as a message is sent is opened a ticket so email can go into SPAM.

Here is OK, all time I update LHC I need to compare the Italian language file a BIG work BUT the issue is on the English language too!
I can't customize IT and also customize English ALL time.

I Need to put the same message on SENT confirmation displayed message to check into SPAM.
So actually if a visitor send a offline message from the Italian interface the message are customized so is OK but if user select English is not printed to check in the SPAM folder,
this because you can't customize once message and not loose IT when you update LHC.

Some sentence are customizable by the Widget Theme but for example is not possibile customize the sent message.
Also you can customize only for one language, if you need different text you have to edit the code into each language file.
Should be an interface in the LHC who made this easy and a solution for not loose all time customization messages.

I know the solution will not be easy but I think is right to tell here this issue.

Create github issue with precise changes you want. Reading all these longs sentences takes a lot of time and I get lost smile
