Foot Print for different sites.

Would it be possible to have a customer be able to track their Foot Print for different sites?
Like we monitor 2 or more sites and will refer them to our other site, but then lose their foot print and typically they have to open another chat to communicate again. Is there a way to keep it the same on all sites? All the sites are on the same server.

Theoretically possible, practically takes time, and it's not so trivial
