thank you for posting a question/personal issue here in the forum!

This seems to be an issue with your install of LHC or incompatibility with some settings of your server.
Are you on VPS or shared hosting?

Maybe something was not completely well during your installation or you have some configuration who not make LHC work well.
Can you provide a link where your LHC is active?
Maybe I can try to give a look.
