Offline Departments

Is it possible not to show offline department on drop down list and only show those online - HTML generated code and less focus on widget. default-=offline=--

Hi,
for now is possible to set up in the settings of a department to be visible only when is online so when the department will be offline you will not see it in the drop list.

I think is not possible to do this from Embed code. You have to set up to show a department only when is online in the department settings.

How to do:
Go in settings, Live Help Configuration, Departments and edit the desired department.

You can show online department only in the widget by setting up all department you have to only be visible when is onlne.
For do that please go on settings, live help configuration, department.

Here you will find a list of all your department.
You have to start editing one by one and checking the option "visible only when is online".

Depends if you have a updated version of LHC. The last release is 2.39
If you have this version you have to go on
settings,
live helper configuration,
Departments,
edit department and than check Visible only if online

Yes please, keep always your server CMS or script update. It's also for security reason.
