Where to add a track code (not analytics)

Hi ! is there any .tpl file where i can add my track code , its for mautic .

the code calls a remote .gif or a .js file .

I would suggest to add it here https://github.com/LiveHelperChat/liveh … pl.php#L10
Just create extension and use same path as this template.
Like this https://github.com/LiveHelperChat/xmpp- … de.tpl.php for example.
