Site_admin, operators

Hi,
Is it possible to change the word "site_admin" into something and make it a front page instead of "start a chat" page? And also how can I list all operators that I have even they're offline. Can I also check the "stars" that they have when the survey is enabled?

Change site_admin is not something allowed in standard version.
Maybe you need a customization of your LHC

You can read the gived stars:

Settings, System Configuration, Surveys and than use the search tool.
If no star already given you will see Empty.
