I followed your instructions above and was able to get the 'Create a ticket' button to activate. But when I click it I get an alert window that says 'Unable to create ticket:' and starts spitting out my main website's html.

I noticed at the bottom of your instructions you mention:
"Have in mind for successful issue creation each chat has to have a customer e-mail."

I looked around LHC and don't see any way for a website user to add an email to LHC. My admin account has an email associated with it. Is that the email you were referring to?

I have debug on and I think I am pointing to the files correctly, have my api key in.. Anything you can think of to throw this alert error? Thanks again!
