Showing message live help is offline.

I have added live helper chat plugin to my site and it is showing live help is offline in front end, even if I am online using admin panel.I don't know how to correct it, please help me out.

Hi,

Sorry but I ques you missed something. Check that you have assigned correct department to yourself. It has to match department for which you have generated a code.

It was user problem as always. He checked ignore users status completely in back office. But did not activated online hours in department.
