Little men in the top of the chat panel

Hi, i will hope to understand what different colors of the little man icon in the top of the chat panel mean.
I have found in the forum that the gray mean that the visitor has closed the chat window and the green that the visitor is online but there are other colors : yellow and red.
Can you explain the meaning of those colors please ?

Well, we definitely do not have red. Only grey, default one, green and yellow

Green - user online on site
Yellow - away but on site most likely
Default - offline or status could not be determined

Actually there is just pending article with description of all this fancy stuff...
