Re: How to edit the message "Live help is online..." and others?

Hi,
At the moment from back office it's not possible to generate widget with custom status text. You will have to edit http://livehelperchat.com/article/view/59 getstatus.tpl.php according to this article. Also if you would like be able change that text from back office you can fill feature request in github.

Cheers smile

Hi Rem,
i have tried to change the text on the widget using the method you have described but it will not change, Has something changed recently that prevents this from being changed? as i see that there is a line which i assume refers to translating the text.
thank you

Just update to recent version, and you will be able to create a theme with custom text. And yes these lines comes from translations.
