how can i add new field to admin modify chat details ,

i want to add city and state name there , how can i do this please guide me

You can Set City Information in Note of the chat maybe.
For now i think is no supported edit other field where you show. You can add additional info into notes of the chat.

Or just create a custom field in back office. Start chat form settings.

i added to custome fields to chat form , my custome fields show on chat popup form but not on admin modify chat bro please help me to fix it

These fields appear as additional information in chat information tab. But they are not editable at the moment. If you want this feature just fill github feature request.

Sorry guiding won't help here. Just to many places to change. The only way is just try to change it.
