Chat transcript in diffrent languages

Hi,

does anyone know how I can setup two diffrent e-mail templates for the chat transcript. We have a website running in two languages english & german.
I would like that the german user gets the chat transcript in german and all users on our english website gets the english transcript.

Hi,

That's good question, but at the moment multi-language is not supported. So only one language for mail templates at the moment.

You can fill github issue if you want multi-language.
