Pending Chat notification

I am new user of Live Helper Chat and I am trying to determine the following:

How can I activate a pop-up notification when a website visitor requests a chat? Right now, the only way to receive that notification is by constantly viewing the "All Pending Chats" section.

I would prefer a pop up notification to appear on my working screen.

There is button "Request notification permission" so just click it.

Also you should receive sound notifications.
