Error by templatecompile' => false, after hd change

Our hd-vps filled up, so after i upgrade it, reboot server but our LHC gives a blank page.

So i change setting.ini.php from 'templatecompile' => true, to 'templatecompile' => false,  and it starts working again. With working LHC i clean up cache , changed to true and it works again, nice !

but as i enabled 'debug_output' => true, im discovering an error , How to fix it ?

No error = no help it's just debug output you have there. I need error itself..

Yes, looks like. But it's your server problem... I ques you are trying to use XMPP notifications just not sure that your server supports them.
