Phone# and Custom field not show on Windows Client.

Hi,

I test the windows Client, And I add phone# and Customer field to chat form, But the windows client not show Phone# and Custom field information, Any one know how to enable it and let staff see the phone number and custom field information,

I'm afraid if it's not added it's not supported. Just desktop client by features stuff is really behind web client. The fastest way to have some feature implemented is just try to fill github issue or just sponsor one or another feature implementation
