Windows client keep notifying

Hi all,

I try to test the Windows Client QT5 version 1.93, But the application keep notification sound "Doorbell Sound" for all day, I have no "Pending chats", "Active Chats" and Unread Chats", few "Close chats" and few "online users"

Please help.....

Sorry, but it's just impossible to tell... From this description like personally i cannot reproduce...

I found the problem, i has a transferred chat open, Thank you for your help.
