Link in Offline Statustext and timestamp mousove problem

Hi,

is it possible to add a link to the offline Status Message. I would like to add a link to our bussines hours so that people know when the chat will be online.
Another thing is that if there are several lines of text and the timestamp is shown via mouseover, the text is displaced by the timestamp. So a mouseover creates a "jumping" text wich is annoying.

1.2 Either override template

2. As for jumping text. Perhaps i'll think of more UX stuff for this
