keep current chat session when user is redirecte to a url in the site

Hi,

In currently version(2.34), if the operator use the function "redirect user to url" and if the url is within the same site, it closes the chat.
How do I change this behaviour so that if the url is of the same site, the chat session is still kept?

This should not happen in any case unless you have mis-configured something...
