Subdomain install page not viewing properly

Hi,

When I install LiveHelper Chat using domain/livehelper , it works fine. The login shows properly and the pages have color and structure. But when I install LiveHelper Chat under a subdomain example: help.domain.com , the pages does not look good. Having trouble viewing the pages. All stuck to the left and no form to the pages.

Please let me know what is the cause and solution?

thank you

Re: Subdomain install page not viewing properly

I did some tests and figured out it has something to do within Chat configuration section in the BLUE part where it says REQUEST NOTIFICATION PERMISSION. How do I reset that setting to the default? The original of from installation. When I selection it and click give the permission, everything changes and I see the code instead of the proper view and I cause the settings not to save.

thank you

Re: Subdomain install page not viewing properly

These permission are stored in chrome itself. Just find in chrome what sites can show notifications and remove it you do not want a notifications
