I try yours sugestions but without success!

let me explain what's happen in my chat

I log in my admin account and seens that I really online, but when I go in my home and try to chat with a operator it always stay offline and I get a "leave menssage" form, no matter if I ONLINE or online.

I deactivated GEO configurations and it's work
