Monal xmpp messages duplicate

When a website customer posts a message it is comes into the web chat form fine.  But, it is sending two messages to my mobile iphone device on Monal. Only sending one message to my android xabber and iphone Trillian.

1. Environment you are using? Self hosted or the one i provide (automated hosted)?

It seems once i managed to reproduce it. But basically it's xmpp client issue itself. It just does not support if multiple devices are using same xmpp account at the same time. Perhaps in few days i will see what I'll be able to do regarding that, but little hope in general

Hi,

Managed to solve half this issue. Basically if it tells anything to you mod_carboncopy was disabled, it duplicated operators messages, and monal is just to stopid to understand it. It basically copied operator send message to others devices logged under same account, just like in your case. So basically now
1. Visitor message will receive all devices
2. Operator message will receive just visitor but not other devices.

Will need to update article for others to know this little trick
