after change translation.ts and clear the cache nothing change
in the file translation.ts it_IT folder there is
"Serve AIuto?" titolo
is wrong must chage

You can customize the "Serve aiuto" in templates.
On your LHC go to settings (Impostazioni) temi widget where you will be able to personalize the text.
Puoi personalizzare il testo "Serve aiuto?" Direttamente nelle impostazioni della chat, nei template.
