Problem with pending chat [SOLVED]

hello i've installed the chat on my site. it's all right, I just have only a problem: when I accept a chat as operator (start writing..) the chat remains in the list "pending " and is not transferred to the list of "active" . What should I do? thanks

Back office is synced every n minutes, and chat status will change automatically, unless you have opened chat being in invisible mode.

In any case all works here...
