difference between Chatbox embed code and Live help embed code
i see "difference between Chatbox embed code and Live help embed code" both does same thing then what difference between them please guide me. i could not find doc why same thing twice

Chatbox is one global and everyone can see a messages. Live support is just chat one on one

ok thanks, i there any setting that i can see open pop up in chat with image on it , i tried using page script , but it does not have image there

1. You can embed code with visibility hidden and just open chatbox yourself. By onclick providing. "return lh_inst.lh_openchatWindow()"
2. You can embed script with position native and add some CSS to style it.
3. You can just use chat API (read docs) and format html yourself
