Chats in widget is deleted when page refresh

Hi,

I have come into a problem with my installation of LHC.

I install my test web page in the same domain and LHC in different folder.

example.com/webtest - my test page
example.com/LHCinstance - My LHC installation

The problem was when the user refresh the web page or going to another page the chat was deleted is shown.

Sometime it also happen when the user start a chat then refresh or go to another page the chat widget will redirect to start chat form.

At first I thought is is a configuration issue. But then I reinstall and start fresh still produce this behaviour.

Any help would be appreciated.

Okay, thanks.

I just put my domain name and check secure cookie then it works fine.
