Problems with Departments

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to add a Pro active chat invitation to anyone that comes to the website, whether they are going to chat with 1 department or another. I read on another post that not selecting the "Department" in the form would allow this. So when I do this and the the Department field blank, I click save, and nothing...After I click save it brings me to the previous page to add a pro active chat with no others available.

Also, If I were to want to select the Admissions department or the Support department, they simply do not show up...Is this a bug? Am I missing something?

There is two buttons in proactive invitation Save and Update. Save - saves and returns to list. Update updates the list.

In any case here all works, so impossible to help...
