Hide operator name from user
I would like the user should not see the name or names of the operators that are answering the chat.
This way more then one operator could respond to the user and for the user is should look like he is only speaking to One person, while in realty he is chatting with more then one person.
Please advice.

Well, your operators can enter just same name in their accounts and that's all

Well, that's the only way at the moment there is no separate field for operator nick

thanks. also in the desktop client on the popup I cant see the name of the user before replying.
