Newbie problems...

I've successfully installed and (I think) correctly configured LHC and have a couple of things I can't get to work.

The site is still under construction, but fully functional, only lacking content!  www.mobexx.net.  It's a Drupal 7 site.

1. Proactive chat.  I've set up a 'time on site' activation and a 'page views' activation. 
     With Firefox both work OK
     With Chrome the Time on site works OK, but each time a click on a new page on site it opens a new 'online visitor' entry on dashboard.
     IE11 doesn't even display the widget.

2. I would like to have the 'Need Help?' widget display when on line, rather than the 'status' widget, and can't see how to configure this.

Hopefully these are simple errors on my part, and I just need pointing in the right direction.
