Install nginx success, but when access admin is error 404 Not Found

Hi all, need help ...

I just moved a web server, from xampp to nginx.
I install nginx on a local computer with OS Windows 7.

Nginx folder: D: \ nginx
Html folder: D: \ nginx \ html \
PHP folder: D: \ nginx \ html \
LHC folder: D: \ nginx \ html \ chat (all folders and files index.php cron.php)

When I access http: // localhost / tigerhelp / appear normal.
But type I access http: //localhost/chat/index.php/site_admin/ no error "404 Not Found nginx / 1.8.0"

I've read the guide here: https://livehelperchat.com/nginx-config … -132a.html
However I am confused to replace <path_to_folder> and livehelperchat_demo_com, I've repeatedly tried, but still have not succeeded.

Currently I only tried on localhost, not in the domain, I hope there is help to be able to run normally.

Thank you very much for its support.

Nginx my current settings:

You can take official laravel nginx config and lhc will work also just fine.
