open new chat conversation always in new window (new popup)

Hi, good afternoon from Spain
I've installed live helper chat. It's awesome, I love it. Congratulations to all the team.

The person who attends the chat, asked me if it was possible to open the new chats from our web visitors, always in new window (new popup). I said yes, but I don't find an option to complete this....

Can anyone help me, please?
