Operator intro text doesn't appear SOLVED

Hello,

How much I understood, the operator intro text shall automatically appear for the user when operator accepts chat, right?

In the style "Hello and welcome, my name is Operator X"... I know that can be done by canned messages, but it is not the same thing.

Am I missing some setting, maybe? glasses
