CSS styling of popup chat window on LHC hosted version not possible?
Hello,
I have successfully styled a widget theme from 'System configuration >> Live help configuration >> Theming >> Widget themes'. But I can't find a way to style a popup chat window.
May I need access to core files? As I'm on your hosted solution, not sure if that is possible?
Please let me know.

Like you wrote before see themes, perhaps there is also for popup window paste css, not sure

No, there is no field for pasting style for popup window. Perhaps in the future there will be, but for now - no.

Thanks for your answer!
One of the main reasons I'm using this chat solution is the ability to do a custom styling.
Then there is no point to style widget because the user will be totally lost when open a pop up because the styling is not coherent.
Any ETA on this maybe?
